Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Fund The Founder ("we") collects and uses personal data, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

Details you give us through our forms: name, phone, email, startup name, stage, funding amount, and any messages. With your consent, we may later collect business and financial documents needed for a funding application.

Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry, assess which funding routes may suit you, and, only with your explicit approval, share your application with a lender or scheme operator.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with lenders or programme operators you approve, and with service providers (hosting, email) who process it for us under contract.

Retention

Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months after our last contact unless the law requires longer, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or erase your data, withdraw consent, or nominate someone to act for you. Write to privacy@fundthefounder.in. You may also complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
